
Dr. Carson Day earned her Bachelors of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University and received her Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. Prior to that she played collegiate soccer at Jackson College for 2 years and made captain her sophomore year. She completed an ocular disease residency with an emphasis in neuro-ophthalmology through the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. She is a current member of the Michigan Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She is also a member of the Concussion Legacy Foundation and mentors children and adults with post concussion syndrome to help them through difficult times. She has a passion for neuroscience disease and double vision and wants to help patients see both clearly and functionally.
Dr. Day is a native to the Port Huron area and is proud to be serving patients in her home town. She enjoys hiking with her fiancé and dog, playing sports, and baking treats for her friends and family.
